Premier cards with weekend restrictions begin with the numbers 1012, 1013 and so on.
When Using a Premier card you need to use one that was loaded before Feb 9th 2020.
When Selecting Premier cards. There will be a $10.60 charge at the end. This is for your skins payment. We can not charge skins to a premier card.
